upgrading to leopard at apple store?

I was wondering if I can go into the apple store and get leopard for 9.95 like I can on the apple website?
 
unfortunetly you cant.. i wish we could it be soo much easier. beacuse it does not look like we will be the upgrade disks tomorrow in the mail for those who preordered them....:apple::apple:
