Upgrading To Lion With Dual Drives

Hey all.

Firstly, I did a search and couldn't find anything very specific about my situation.

I have a 2011 13" MacBook Pro with an SSD in the optical drive bay. My OS and apps are on the SSD while my User folder is on the HDD. Will I have any issues upgrading to Lion straight from the App Store?

It seems not many people are in the same situation as me..lol. Any help is appreciated, guys =)

i would do a clean install of lion rather then installing over snow leopard. your HHD will not be effected by any changes made to your SSD. also if doing a clean install, install lion and keep the same SSD name (eg. Mac SSD) to avoid any issues you might have with the HHD linking back to your SSD.
