Upgrading to Macbook Pro

I've got the original 1.25ghz 15" G4 Powerbook and plan to upgrade to the 15.4" Macbook Pro. Does anyone know if the battery/RAM from these laptops are compatible?

They are not. Both the battery and RAM are totally different and will not work in the MacBook Pro.
