Upgrading to Parallels 7.0buildwhatever messed up Windows Licensing

I just checked for Parallels updates, and updated the tools... which caused Windows to think it wasn't genuine, after it restarted. A trip to Microsoft's activation technologies site sorted it out... but that was disturbing.

Anyone else run into this odd issue? If so, what do YOU think caused it?

It happens once in a while. Generally ignore the "not genuine" messages until Parallels/VMWare Tools is fully updated at which point they should self-correct.
