Upgrading with jailbroken iPhone. Problem?

I plan on going to the AT&T store on broadway in NYC to upgrade my iPhone to the new 3g. From what I have read, I must bring my current iphone with me in order to get the upgrade. I won't be able to restore my iPhone; so its currently jailbroken. Is this going to be a problem when trying to upgrade? Also is there anything I can do if it is an issue?
