upload iphone photos to FB / tweets?

Just started using HootSuite and I don't really like it. What FB/Twitter apps do you like and which ones can upload directly to FB etc?

I use iLoader for uploading to Facebook (because my uploads through the official app post only to my wall where no one looks instead of the newsfeed, truly annoying - Facebook's official app is AWFUL.)

Echofon. It's free and it's very easy to upload pics from your phone to twitter and Facebook. It even lets you pick your service when uploading using twitter (plixi,twitpic, etc.) Very easy and friendly for users, hope this helps!
