Upload music/vid onto jailbroken/unlocked iphone?

I'm new to this so please be kind ;) I have an original iphone,running 2.0.1. Jailbroken and unlocked. Txt, email, wireless - its all great. But how do I upload music and video onto it? itunes doesn't seem to like the phone since I hacked it with the latest version of winpwn....is that usual? Any help much appreciated!
 
Ok, well there seemed to be something funny going on which has resolved itself. Now I can upload to my iphone using iTunes. Who knows why it wasn't working.
