"Upload" OSX on a Server?

Hi guys,

first sorry if this's the wrong section.

I want to know if it's posible "upload" OSX on a Server. I want do it because I'd create a web-page where the user can compile .deb, so they mustn't have the full access, but the access only for a tool/script.
