Upload screenshot automatically to imgur?

Is there any way to take a screenshot (command + shift + 4) of part of the screen and have it automatically uploaded onto imgur? Without having to do it manually?

Preferably on Chrome but any other browser would be fine too.

Look here for some options. There is ImgurBar that sits in your menu bar and you just drag/drop images to post them to Imgur.
