Upload to iCloud Photo Library

I have photos that I would like to upload to the library from my computer since now I can't sync them thru iTunes anymore. It says this is possible in the ICL description but I can't find a upload button anywhere. Just a download tab. I would like to get all my photos that I have saved on my computer to it. Any ideas? Thanks

This is exactly what I would like to do but separate into different folders rather than just the Camera Roll and still store within iCloud. Is this possible?

I've turned it off it's such a joke at the moment. I'm sticking with Dropbox

I bought the 20gb plan just for this and so I could get rid of the one drive app. Come on Apple get this right so we won't have to use Microsoft products to fix what you can't get rigt.
