Upload to YouTube in HD or send HD videos via mail ?

Is there a tweak in cydia to do both those things (separate tweaks)

Or can it be done by changing something in settings some where

I did a google search and came up with "true HD" but that was for the 4.x days ,dont know if it works now

I want to upload my HD videos from the camera roll to YouTube in HD quality

And i want to be able to email HD VIDEOS

Im using an iPhone 4 if that matters
Im probably the only one still on 4
