iPod touch Upload word to ipod touch

I'm looking for an application
that will allow me to upload
Word & Excel documents
to my iPod touch (generation 2)
and to view them there.

Free
if possible.

If you want to just view them, use Dropbox

I also love Dropbox. It is seamless. Just drag whatever files you want to transfer to your Dropbox folder. The Dropbox app also has offline support so you can still view your favorite files when you don't have WiFi.
