Is there any way to change the destination photo album from "Mobile" to another that is already created when uploading photos from your iPhone?

yes though I can't be sure exactly how. I've had photos in other albums when Ive wanted them in mobile. I think you have to do it from within Facebook on your PC and edit the Facebook app there. Alternatively, use Shozu as the uploading app and configure Shozu to use a different album.
