Uploading HD video from iphone to facebook? lower quality?

I took some videos at a concert the other day and when I uploaded them to facebook they look WAY lower quality than HD. I looked up why that is and how to upload it without compression and didn't find any good results...anyone know how to do this?

Transfer the video to your computer via cable. Upload from computer.
