Uploading iPhone 4 video to Facebook - tis grainy!!

Is it just me, or is the quality of video when you upload directly from Facebook really really bad??

Am I doing something wrong?

Shot a video. Went into Facebook on the iphone 4, and uploaded the video from my phone. And the outcome was really really grainy and blurry. It seems like the quality degraded.

Was this because it was compressed and sent over 3g? My Mother in law who has an iphone 3g uploaded a video from the iVideo app and her video was 100x better than mine from the iphone 4...

Note: When I put the video on my computer and uploaded from there, it was totally fine, so I am assuming it has something to do with the compression. Any way to fix this?

I would like some advice on this as well. I tried using Pixelpipe to upload the video but it still comes out non-hd. Help plz?
