Uploading iweb to cyberduck

Hello,

I created a website (say, by way of example, the name is BB) with iweb, published it to a folder (named CC) and then uploaded the contents of the folder CC to cyberduck.
My website shows as http://www.BB.com/BB/BB_Home/BB_home.html
I want it to show as http://www.BB.com

how do I fix this? Why is it showing the folders so many times?
