When I plug in my digital camera (Fuji Finepix F700) to my Macbook (The middle end one...1.16 ghz I think) via USB, I get a message saying, "The USB device is drawing too much power. The hub it's connected to will be deactivated." Uhm...help? How do I upload my camera?

If you are connecting via a USB hub, try connecting directly into the macbook without a hub.

Or try connecting your camera to its mains charger.

I recommend a card reader also. Its the only way I deal with cameras anymore. No messy cords to keep track of or anything. Just a small usb adapter and then they are instantly in the finder window.. Works great.
