uploading to iSolo

I am having serious problems uploading files to my recently purchased iSolo app from my mac using a wireless network at home, despite following the instructions word for word. The problems are multiple, the first being that when I try to access the server part of iSolo, the phone freezes, and shuts the app down, or takes a long time to load. It tells me the connection was lost, can't be found on the network, or if that works, that I don't have the right to load that file.

Also, is there a way to convert chm files to pdb to load onto the app?
