I have an app that I uploaded to the app store. I followed all the steps. It looks like 99% of the other apps listed. I then was reading a link on an app and clicked it to find [app]letsgolf[/app] how can I make a page like that?

No, you have to be contacted by Apple to get a custom App Store page.
