Uploading to YouTube in HD

Ever since I updated my ipad3 to ios8 or use my iPhone 6 to upload to youtube the option to upload in HD is grayed out and says (wifi only- I'm on wifi! The ipad is wifi only). The only option I can select is standard...which sucks.

Any ideas? Help?

Could it be that YouTube hasn't been updated to work properly with the new iOS?

^that's what I thought but it did update.

Weird, now it's working. I'll take it.
