iPod touch Uploading Vids to Youtube

How do you upload vids taken from the camera so its full screen? When I do it, it's just a long strip, and doesn't take the whole screen. I just uploaded directly from the touch.

You need to be holding it in landscape mode when you start recording. The orientation it is in when you press record is the orientation that whole video is in.

Does the touch come with an app to upload videos to youtube or some other video site?

Yes, the camera app will let you upload videos to YouTube. There are third-party apps that will let you do this, as well.
