iPod touch Upper TouchScreen not working

The upperpart of my touchscreen is not responded.
I just bought a new digitizer a few weeks ago, everything was working fine until today. The part were the first row of apps is will no respond to touch, all other parts work fine.
ipod 2 gen 4.1.2 jailbroken:(
