UPS-Can I change the delivery address? Im not seeing the option

I am on My Choice. Made one delivery attempt, I wasnt home. Im on the UPS app and dont see an option to change delivery addresses. Theres "leave with a neighbor" but I read somewhere you can only do that with an address "down the street" "across the hall" "next door", and the address I want to change it to is about 5-10 minutes away

thats what I chose. As soon as I got the text that I missed the delivery I went on the app and changed to deliver at UPS store. Its open tomorrow while the UPS CC is closed. Its been several hours and the app says "scheduled delivery: information unavailable" I was hoping they'd bring it to the UPS store tonight on the drive back, and then I could pick it up in the morning. But since its taking so long, maybe not
