UPS - Conflicting Info

I've chatted with UPS multiple times a day with various questions. Obsessive? Yes!

All this time, they've said I have to fill out the pre-sign form at apple.com.

I just got off a live chat with a UPS representative that drivers cannot leave Apple orders without someone there. What?

and what is asking here going to do for you? We aren't UPS. Apple provides the pre-signature link for a reason, so they dont need a signature.
