First time at this but I'm all ordered and email confirmation but how do I get UPS or FedEx to hold package at their service center for pickup? I don't trust the delivery guy/gal. Thanks a bunch.

Most will not hold until after a first delivery attempt. If you are UPS my choice member (free to create account), you can check and see if that is an option.
I have both UPS and FedEx accounts and you can have the package held without a first delivery attempt.
