What is the published or actual max power consumption of the late 2012 27" iMac Core i7?

A googling doesnt yield anything various points on the web claim 310w without pointing to a reference.

Also for a UPS slash surge protector slash automatic voltage regulator which brand is better? Cyberpower, FSP UPS or the ever popular APC?
