I am having the path held at UPS, it says it will be available today. Do you think they will let me pick it up today?

Doubt it. When I went to UPS to pick up my iPhone last September, they had a sign that states clearly "ALL APPLE ORDERS PICK UP 09/09/14. NEED ID MATCHING ADDRESS".
