UPS with iMac Pro

Hi,

I'm a newbie to UPS but thinking of buying one for my iMac Pro (plus other devices):

Does anyone know if Cyberpower units are compatible with Macs in setting them up to auto-shut down in the event of an outage?

Yes, these are compatible. I use the smaller (850) version on my Mac Pro, and auto-shutdown works great. I get about 30 minutes of battery with mine. Make sure you get one with "pure sine wave power," (this one does have it) as those without can cause strange behavior with Mac power supplies.
