I sent one of my items for repair I drop of to ups at 5:23 pm yesterday so they mail it for me but it’s saturday tracking hasn’t update says in transit and delivery date unknown why hasn’t scans updated at all ?

It suppose to get there Monday.

Relax. It will be updated when it is scanned and it may also be possible there is a delay updating the status. Download the app, add tracking number then sit back and relax. Eventually, it will be scanned when it arrive at a distribution center in another state or city.

I suppose they picked up but like you say there delaying tracking updated

How did you send it? If you sent it via normal delivary it depends on where the destination is (which you haven't told us). Usually, sending a parcel on Friday expecting it to arrive on Monday requires it to be sent "second day air".

If they "promised" you - and you paid extra for priority shipping, or if it is reasonable to expect what is basically overnight shipping to the destination, then it should be there Monday, even if no tracking information is ever provided.

Be patient. Take three deep breaths (that really does help!) It will be there Monday. Believe it.

After all, it's UPS. They have brown trucks, so... Monday.

Oh, right. I forgot. Last pickup on Fridays is 5:15pm, so it sits in the store until Monday for the next pickup at 11:30am.


(nah, it will get there... The manager of the UPS store has it in his car trunk as you read this. Almost there, just another 2, 3 days tops. Don't worry, be happy...

Mines ups second day air and they do pick ups on Saturdays
