Upside Down Effect

I'm doing a sort-of puppet video for a school project, and I desperately need to be able to turn a video clip upside down. The way I have my setup, everything films perfectly, albeit upside-down. I can't adjust my setup (long story), so I need a free piece of software that can turn video upside down. It can either be some extension to iMovie, or stand alone.
