Upside down videos on iPhone 4

Hi

I've recorded a few videos on my phone but when I transfer them to USB to play through my TV they are upside down, I've used Quicktime Pro to change the landscape of them so they are 'right way up' but they STILL come up as upside down when I transfer them?

Any help?
