Is there anyway to see the uptime on my MacBook without a 3rd party util?

I love showing off the uptime of my macbook when people try their "OS X is no more stable/secure than windows blah blah blah"

PS I'm currently at 26 days 6h 52mins....whats yours?

0 days, 7 hours and 47 minutes.

My 4.5 year old PowerBook gets a bit bogged down after more than 24 hours without a restart.
Only a couple more months of this... I'll be getting a new MacBook when Leopard's out. :D

vista

...and i'm buying a new iMac when leopard comes out yeay!

to make you all laugh, my laptop (running vista - hence why i'm getting a mac) has an uptime of about a day - or until i shut the lid and choose "sleep" ... and then vista blue-screens when it wakes up.

i want an iMac ... i want an iMac ... i want an iMac!
