Urbanspoon update no go

I can't seem to update Urbanspoon to 1.01. When I try via the phone it tells me I've already downloaded it and to sync with iTunes. When I try to sync with iTunes it gives an error saying it cannot sync the app. I've tried deleting and downloading again but it just does the same thing. Anyone have this issue?

I would just delete it, it's not a very useful app anyway, and I live in an area it supports. Go with the Yelp app instead it's much more useful.
