Urgent: Anyone With Fcp6

Hi,
I need to edit this film for a school project due tomorrow...
I've been using a school computer to edit on fcp6, but now I want to use my computer and I have fcp 5.0.4
I moved all the media to the new computer and the .fcp and a .xml file but I saved the .XML in the wrong "format" so it keeps asking me for "translation documents".

if anyone has fcp6 can you do me a huge favor?
I want to send you my .XML or .fcp file so you can open it then save it in the right format .XML, version 3 and send it back to me.

any help would be appreciated. thanks.

I don't think FCP will let you downgrade a project to a lower version.

it will.
if you have it please just try this! its really quick and its like a 2mb file...

you just open the .fcp or .xml file, then choose go to export-> XML-> version 3...
