urgent! applecare for my macbook

I purchased my Macbook on Aug 7 of last year. Can I still qualify for Applecare today? Or is it 1 day past my purchase date and I can't buy Applecare now? Thank you!

P.S. Amazon sells Applecare for $200 (for macbook)

You will need to order it by the end of today ftom what I believe.

Go to apple.com/support, and at the bottom of the page, you can enter the serial # and it'll tell you if you are eligible.

I think as long as your receipt has a purchase date before your year is up then you can get it. You may need to fax in some information to get it registered though.
