urgent help needed

Hi all.
I need some quick help and dont have time to research. can someone please give me some quick advice.

I just sold my 3gs.
The person wants it unlocked.
I have 3.1.2 jailbroken w/ blackra1n. I didnt unlock it because i have at&t.

my firmware is 5.11.07

what do i need to do to unlock it? its been a while since i did my jailbreak and im in a time crunch as they are coming to pick it up and dont have alot of time to research.

Just run Blacksn0w via Cydia
