urgent help required

I won't go too far into circumstances just requiring some assistance.
A complaint has been made about me accessing someone's private information on their phone.
The person reporting it is stating that she has an application that will automatically start taking photographs of the person using the phone only when that specific folder is activated.

I'm aware of apps that will start taking photos of the person using the phone when a passcode is incorrectly entered.
Can anyone shed some light on an app that automatically starts taking photos of the person using the phone when a specific folder is opened? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
