iPod touch [URGENT] iPod keeps syncing music from whatever computer I connect to...

...so last night, I went over to my friend's, and I connected my iPod touch to his PC. The moment my iPod said 'Sync in Progress', things got ugly.

All my music and videos were gone. I remembered during my Restore session, it asked me to 'sync all music' or something like that in a checkbox and I clicked yes.

...I think that's the problem, because whenever I delete podcasts, they friggin' coming back. I want this to stop immediately.

Any help?

FOR DUMMIES: It keeps erasing my content and replaces it with content on someone else's iTunes.

iTunes has an option to not automatically sync.

This is an easy fix. If you are on the right kind of iPod. Go to the music tab in itunes, and check the box to manually manage music. There you go. You're done. Only one thing: some models no longer have this option.
