iPod Urgent Ipod Nano Help

Recently, i reinstalled my operating system (Windows Xp) to delete unneeded files, so i have no files, and thats ok
I reinstalled everything.
Ipod software to.
However, i need to get the songs off my ipod into my library
But what is more, the ipod is not playing some songs on it, that are damaged now, but werent when i switched pc.. I NEED MY MUSIC LIBRARY BACK

Well you can do it be enabling the viewing of hidden files through Explorer and then dragging them back into iTunes (making sure iTunes is set to copy across the files to its own library in the iTunes Preferences) or you can use iPod -> Folder which CoMpX told me about earlier today.
