Urgent! Need Case Recommendation

I'm leaving to go on a ski trip today, so I need a heavy duty case for my iphone. I am not going to have the phone on me while I am skiing, but I need a strong case to protect my iphone while it is in my bag (mostly to keep it from being crushed).

Does anyone have any recommendations for a more heavy duty sort of iphone case or something to store it in?

If you just want something to protect it while being shipped I know REI sells these very tough, ballistic nylon cases for all sorts of things like sunglasses, cd players and the like. My iPhone fits in the sunglass case one that I got and I have used that if I ever have to put my iPhone in a bag or something.

I believe it was 10-20 bucks which makes it much cheaper than most iphone cases.

If you run out of time to do that just put a sock or something around it and put it in a shoe. Might not be the best but could work in a pinch.
