I pre ordered a black 16 gb on the 15 then cancelled it a couple days later.

I'm at the apple store now but my AT&T account says I'm not eligible for the upgrade pricing. I have the cancellation email from apple canceling my order and showing that I WAS eligible for the upgrade pricing of 199/299 when i pre ordered on the 15.

When I go to get my phone if i show them the cancellation email showing my price of 199 and my eligibility before I pre ordered will they be able to give me the upgrade pricing?
 
Urgent!!!! Why don't you call AT&T? Only they can fix your account!!!


Sarcasm aside, this person is correct. No one can handle this better than AT&T.

For the future, I would recommend against posting a message in a forum and expecting it to be treated as urgent - that's what customer service numbers are for.

Don't freak out. You will get your pricing back. It has to work its way through the system. ATT may be able to expedite if you bring them the cancellation notice, but only ATT can answer this for you.
