Urgent Problem!

For some reason just when I'm about to sell my uMBP 2008 edition, it starts going crazy on me. The bluetooth, airport card, and backlit keyboard is all wacky. The bluetooth seems to have stopped working, the backlit keyboard won't turn on from the keys and the airport card seems to have vanished!

Can anyone help me resetting the system? I read something about pressing the power button without the battery or cable for 5 seconds then pressing Command+Option+ two other buttons I can't remember at the moment.

I found a taskbar app for the keyboard and the bluetooth seemed to have fixed itself so the only problem is my airport card?...Can anyone offer any tips?

That didn't solve anything v.v... I have a appointment with the Apple Store on Tuesday but I rather try little things to fix this myself, has anyone else had this problem?

why not just re-install it? you're about to sell it anyway....

I tried using a different HDD from another MB and still the same thing, has anyone actually fixed this themselves?
