Urgent Question: 2010 MacBook Air

Urgent question!

I have a deal on Craigslist in 2 hours or so. Its for a 9/10 2010 macbook air 13". 2gb ram with 256gb hard drive. The guy wants 725. Good deal or pass? I know the new ones are coming up soon but was wondering if this was one of the "too good to pass up" deals.

The Apple Refurb store has the same machine for $1,099 with a 1 year warranty and it will be 10/10.

$725 is quite a discount from that.

The question is whether you trust the seller. I have heard a ton of stories of people being burned.
