Urgent question about itunes and iphone

My iphone is synced to my itunes. apps, music. But I want to get all the songs from my sister itunes. So i plug it in, and go to music icon and press apply to all music and a message appears

saying it will erase my iphone with her itunes library. does this mean apps? or will my apps and the progress of my favorite game - angry birds- stay intact? and just the music from her itunes go to my iphone?

It means it will erase all your music and copy hers over instead.

Ya i know it will do that but I just dont want it to delete my apps bc of the progress I have on my games

Connect it to your computer, do a sync and then do a backup.

Then connect it to her computer and try it out.

If it all goes wrong, connect back to your computer and restore the backup.

I think it does yes. It remembers all the app settings files.
