I originally have 2 partitions, then I resized my SL one to create a new one for Lion (I wanted a clean install), then I installed Lion on the new partition, then in Lion I deleted the original SL partition, all the while preserving my Bootcamp partition.

Then I installed rEFIt and tried to boot up into Windows. It gave me some sort of error. So I used the partitioning tool in rEFIt to sync the partition tables. Now whenever I try to boot into Windows it says: missing operating system. How do I fix it?

P/s: before the clean install of Lion, when I upgraded my SL to Lion, I was still able to boot into Bootcamp. It was only after I did the clean installation (and rEFIt got wiped out) then I have problems booting into Bootcamp.
