--NO new iBooks but there is a new iPod (formerly Photo) in 20 and 60 GB, the U2 iPod went photo and ...

--there is a new "cram and Jam" type rebate for students for a free iPod mini or $179 off a regular iPod...thats kinda cool

I believe the return policy is if you buy it but have not opened the box you can return it for a 100% refund. If you return it opened there is a 15% restocking fee

They'd probably ship you one of the new ones.

If not, you have a 14 day return period.

Although I dont know how that would work with Apple offering the phone... or phone plans on their site.... usually things are tied together.

Heh, they were a little suspicious of my motives on the phone, but were able to cancel my PB order. Luckily it hadn't shipped yet. Guess I'll order it again today and get the free ipod mini too. Just too much of a good deal to pass up. je suis tres sneaky
