Hi I was wandering if you think you will be able get a 32 gb itouch even if you have to pay a little extra. I know last year they gave out 8gb ones for free but could you upgrade to a 16. I really want a 32 gb.

Last year you could upgrade to a 32GB as well to my knowledge.
 
It's technically a rebate, they just pushed the ipod nano 8gb as it had just come out iirc. So you can claim the rebate amount on any ipod.
