Good Morning,

I am excited to hear US Cellular is starting to support Apple Watch cellular. I am also thankful that they announced customers on their “total plans” wouldn’t be charged a monthly fee for the watch. (It seems that’s how it should be across the board) I set up everything seemingly smoothly through the Apple Watch app, and got a confirmation from US Cellular that I am set up. However, when I went for a walk a red “x” came up on the screen and wouldn’t connect. Any other US Cellular customers having the same issue?

Wow. No monthly fee! What a good service.
Not a US Cellular customer but when I bought my S3 LTE my telco tested calling to my watch while my iPhone was in Airplane mode & it rang. That show LTE is working. Did yours doing something similar?
I have this x once but solved it by turning airplane mode off & on I think.

They didn’t try to call the watch. I wish I would have thought to ask that when I was chatting with them. I might stop by the store this evening after work to have them check it out. Thanks!
