US iPhone 6s + in UK

I'm not exactly fluent in technology so I apologise in advance if this question is disgustingly obvious. But if I purchased an iPhone 6s+ from a US retailer, will my sim work if I am based in the UK? And, is the apple warranty worldwide? Or does it only apply to the country the phone was bought in.

You need to purchase a full price unlock phone. Go to the Apple store in whichever city you are visiting. The charger will be different but the USB cable will be standard. You can use any USB charger or an adapter for the charger that comes with the phone since it is multi voltage.
