US Model Iphone Will It Work?

Hi... I've got my eye on a Iphone on Ebay which states its a US Model... Its got the 1.1.4 installed and unlocked to all networks except "3".


What i was wondering would it work with my o2 or Vodafone sim card?

This seller is based in the UK, Like myself?
